Every canvas ships flat and padded, but the occasional one arrives with a dent or a crease. If yours does, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement — no return necessary.
We don't offer refunds for damaged canvases, only replacements, since we repaint in batches and want you stitching, not waiting on a check.
